We offer you the following service modules:
24/7 support
Downtime in production is not only annoying, but often also costly. In highly automated production processes in particular, even a short downtime can have considerable economic consequences – including missed delivery deadlines or contractual penalties. In order to provide our customers with the best possible protection, we have developed a new contract module in addition to the existing service and maintenance contracts: 24/7 emergency support.
Maintenance
With the maintenance service module, you reduce the risk of wear-related system failures to a minimum and thus increase the availability of your system.
Wearing parts are replaced at regular intervals in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Spare parts are charged at cost price. Minor repairs are included in maintenance.
Communication
The Communication service module gives you access to support from the Evosys Laser Service Team during business hours and, depending on your contract status, around the clock. This gives you access to support from experienced, highly qualified specialists
