The Maintenance module includes all maintenance services tailored to your system, such as regular replacement of wearing parts, calibration of the laser parameters, functional testing and documentation of all work performed and results.
Here you put the entire maintenance into one hand ensuring that your system is always in the best possible condition and that you keep an overview.
A call is all you need and Evosys Laser Services can help you solve your problem. Within the scope of extended accessibility, we are available for you outside the normal business hours. With the module emergency support you receive a return call from us directly, but at the latest within the agreed time after receipt of the error message, so that the measures for rectifying the fault can be taken directly.
If on-site use by ELS is required, we guarantee the arrival of a service engineer on site within the agreed on-site reaction time.
With the module Individual you have the possibility to put together your desired package from the wide range of services. For example, you can agree a shorter on-site response time, cover several systems with a service contract, include spare parts and spare part packages and much more.
